Once the product has been tested and approved, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Return a Defective Product:
To return a product that has a defect covered by warranty, please follow these steps:

Contact us by email or phone within seven (7) days of delivery to report the defect. Please provide us with your order number and details about the product and the defect.
We will send you instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for a replacement.
If the product is eligible for a replacement, we will send you a new product at no cost to you. If the product is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
Please note that if the defect is due to misuse or damage caused by the customer, the warranty does not apply, and the product cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
